How To Prepare/ Administer: Grind or powder nutmeg. Mix with 1 or 2 tablespoons of fresh curd. [preferably home-made] Eat immediately.

3. Mustard Seeds

Mustard seeds are found to have antibacterial properties that are effective in treating loose stools.

How To Prepare/ Administer: Mix 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds in 1 tablespoon of water. Let stand for 1 hour. Now drink this mustard water like you would a regular oral tonic. Repeat it 2 to 3 times a day to get rid of loose stools.

4. Methi Or Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and is also an excellent home remedy to fight loose stools.
