Nagaland Pops are meaty chicken lollipops marinated with authentic North-East Indian flavours. The marinade consists of an assortment of spices including galangal, toasted sesame, green chilli, garlic, and black pepper. I shallow fried this in my iron skillet and it was finger-licking delicious. Serve it up with some Wholewheat Paneer Matar Kulchas and your busy weeknight dinner is sorted! Enjoy!
The Andhra Murgh Pakote is a spicy Andhra-style chicken wings with a citrusy and smoky finish. Once you take a bite, the earthy flavours of curry leaves will have you asking for more. These chicken wings have been marinated with curry leaf, green chilli, black pepper, vinegar, and fresh coriander.
Today I have kept it simple to bring out the wonderful flavors of the marinated meat. I have simply grilled it on a grill pan and served it up with a spiced hung yogurt dip. Enjoy!
A beautifully dressed up appetizer that contains the incredible deviled hard boiled egg. The paprika adds a subtle punch to each bite. Paired with the delightfully tasty and thin Sugar Cheese Cracker, this dish is sure to get everyone talking. So good.
And I’m back again today with another quick and tasty dish which is sure to be on your menu every week starting today. I have been happy these past few days. The reason being my sister and her two lovely kids are in India on vacation and will be coming to Bangalorein a few days. (her hubby couldn’t make it though, “we miss you terribly Acha”) We haven’t met in almost four years!!! I am thrilled. I am just looking forward to getting together and chilling out as a family
